It’s been 2 years since Jazzy became owner of LiftVT and to celebrate we are lifting in style!
DJ Silverback will be spinning tunes for your lift under the party lights! 802 Drip will have a paint tent set up!
Raffle prizes, snacks and gym style mocktails available! Day Passes are FREE during this time so stop by and bring your friends!
Community Expo
Stop by the gym for an afternoon of food, raffles, and community. Local businesses will be present to share their services and resources. Demos of grip lifting and strongman will be set up with athletes ready to teach techniques in a fun and welcoming environment for the newest of beginners.
FREE day passes to try out the gym at this time!

Cold Plunge for Cause
Join us at the Allen Pools & Spas Williston Showroom on Saturday, October 18th as we raise funds for Breast Cancer Awareness in the Cold Plunge. For every person who cold plunges during this time - Allen Pools & Spa will donate $20 to the cause. This event is at no cost to you - just come in your suit, bring a towel and get ready to plunge.
Abominable Swoleman
Stop by and see 20 of the strongest people throughout New England compete in this USS sanctioned strongman event. With athletes competing for the national and state records in the Farmer’s Hold event and pulling a tractor/truck with their arms to name a few of the events.
Spectators are $10 - gym will stay open for members but the turf area will be used.
All Raw Powerlifting Invitational
Come watch the top 20 athletes in the male and female divisions battle for the title “Best Lifter”! Join us for what looks to be a great day of community and strong lifts.
