During this small group fitness class we will do both bodyweight and free weight exercises that target the glutes, biceps and triceps specifically.

All group classes are FREE for members and only $10 for non-members. All classes are for beginner to intermediate lifters or others that just want to find something new to do!

Tuesday's Class is Upper 101 where we will focus on chest, back, shoulders and arms.
Thursday’s Class is Deadlifts & more where we will focus on different deadlift variations, functional movement and core.
Abominable Swoleman
Stop by and see 20 of the strongest people throughout New England compete in this USS sanctioned strongman event. With athletes competing for the national and state records in the Farmer’s Hold event and pulling a tractor/truck with their arms to name a few of the events.
Spectators are $10 - gym will stay open for members but the turf area will be used.
